Why it matters

If something looks wrong, start with the facts

Your report influences the rates and terms you are offered. If something on it is inaccurate, you have the right to dispute it yourself, for free, with each bureau. Our proposed service is about helping you find the discrepancies worth reviewing and documenting them clearly.

An unfamiliar or negative item is not automatically inaccurate. We would compare reports against your own records, flag possible factual discrepancies, and leave every decision to dispute in your hands.

  • Possible discrepancies, documented — each flagged item with the facts behind it, not a claim that it is unlawful.
  • You stay in control — you keep your own bureau accounts and submit your own disputes.
  • Honest limits — no promised deletion, score increase or approval.

What is proposed

A documented review and dispute process

These are proposed features, not an available product. They will be published only after the legal, security and acceptance requirements are met.

Factual report review

We would compare your own reports against your records and flag possible factual discrepancies, each with its supporting source and any unanswered questions.

Guided dispute drafting

For items you choose to dispute, we would prepare factual drafts and organize relevant evidence. You would review the exact content and submit from your own account.

Personal credit education

Plain-language education about your reports, your rights and the habits that support credit over time — with no result promised.

Guided filing

Common questions

Answers before you consider anything

How much can you improve my credit score?
No legitimate company can promise a specific score or a specific deletion — and you should be cautious of anyone who does. Our proposed process identifies potential factual discrepancies and documents them. Score movement, if any, depends on the facts of your file and on how the bureaus and creditors respond.
Do I have to pay before any work is done?
No. Federal law prohibits charging for an agreed credit-repair service before it is fully performed. Starting work does not make a fee due. Our pricing is still under review and is not published yet.
Can I just do this myself for free?
Yes — you can dispute items yourself at no cost, and we will tell you that plainly. You can get free reports from AnnualCreditReport.com and dispute directly with each bureau.
How long does it take?
Credit repair is a process measured in dispute cycles, not days, and it depends on what is on your report and how the bureaus and creditors respond. Any agreement would describe the scope and an estimate of when the service will be complete.
Is CreditFixRS a law firm?
No. CreditFixRS is a credit repair organization, not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice. We can refer you to a consumer-law attorney for legal questions.
