Our services

CreditFixRS provides credit repair services, including review of credit reports, preparation and submission of disputes, and related education. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice or legal representation.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information needed to perform the services.
• Cooperate in a timely way with requests for documents or authorizations.
• Do not send sensitive identifiers such as Social Security numbers by unsecured email or text.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any particular credit score, outcome or removal of any specific item. Results vary based on your individual credit file and the responses of the credit bureaus and creditors.

Fees and cancellation

Fees are described on our Pricing page. Consistent with the Credit Repair Organizations Act, we do not charge for services before they are performed. You may cancel at any time and you have three business days to cancel for a full refund.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
